Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of personalised products, most custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Personalised Products

Items that have been personalised with names, logos, designs, or custom requests cannot be returned unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing fault
  • We have made an error with your order

Non-Personalised Products

Standard non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.

We will review the issue and work quickly to resolve it.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
